commission: teacup hat girl

Commissioned piece for *evelynellenor. She wanted me to draw a girl wearing her gorgeous Teacup Hat. She's been given the name "Emiko".

I really, really enjoyed working on this piece -- I was given so much freedom. (The veil took a while, though, haha.) Also, I'm completely in love with the hat; it's an ingenious work of art.
