So, as you probably figured, I didn't make the cut into the Darkstalkers Tribute book. I didn't expect to get in - and there's always next time!

After a week of intense struggling, cursing and general eating, I realised that I simply could not draw Morrigan. I rushed like a crazy beast on the final day to get something in, which ultimately resulted in something with which I was really unhappy.

What you see here is a revamped version of my Darkstalkers epic fail -- and even still, I'm pretty disappointed in it. There's no emotion behind this -- it was more forced, contrived. It seems pretty clichéd & hollow. :\

But I've done what I can for it, and I'm just not gonna touch it again. I'll take what I learnt from it and grow from the experience.

And the one day, Morrigan, I'm gonna draw you again.
